Connect to Make - Scenario Integration Guide

PDF4me is also available in the Make workflow automation tool with all PDF features to ease your hassle-free automation tasks. Make.com is an easy and powerful platform that allows you to visualize, design, and automate your business apps along with PDF4me to automate your daily routine business process.


Prerequisites

Before connecting PDF4me to Make, ensure you have:

Active Make Account - If you don't have a Make account, sign up for Make to get started.

PDF4me Account - We assume you already have an account with us and a PDF4me API Key. If you don't have one, create an account with us for getting an API Key. You can refer to the documentation on getting started with PDF4me for help with the process.


Creating the PDF4me Connection

Once you have your API Key ready, follow these steps to connect PDF4me to your Make account.

Step 1: Create New Scenario

Log in to your Make.com Account. From the Dashboard, select the + Create a new scenario button.

Step 2: Add PDF4me Module

Click on the '+' icon to add a new app module. Search for 'PDF4me' and select the PDF4me app. From the list of actions, select an action.

Step 3: Add Connection

From the new pop-up menu, select the Add button to create a new connection.

Step 4: Enter API Key

In the Create a connection window, add the PDF4me Token/Key and save to authenticate the connection.

Where to Find Your API Key

Your API Key can be found in the PDF4me Dashboard under the API Keys section. Make sure to copy the complete key without extra spaces.

Example Scenario: Convert File to PDF

Here's a simple example scenario to get you started:

Trigger: Watch for new files in Dropbox folder

Module 3: Dropbox - Upload converted PDF to designated folder

This basic scenario automatically converts any file uploaded to Dropbox to PDF format and saves it back, demonstrating PDF4me's seamless integration with Make's visual automation platform.
